Unfortunately the wrong pizza was delivered to us. We ordered a party pizza for 25 euros and got one with meat, we are vegetarians .. They changed people 3 times on the phone (also unfriendly) and no one answered our complaint. We were told there was nothing they could do for us. Unfortunately, I find this very unfair to the customer and will no longer order there.

I ordered a pizza Napoli on 16,11,2020 and it was so so so salty that I could not eat more than 3 pieces with the help of beer and then I had to drink water the rest of the night to satiate my thirst after having a salty meal!

The desserts are delivered randomly, with vegetarian paste 90% vegetables and 1% pasta, the rest is sauce. Deliveries are always made to the wrong address, regardless of the number given, the pre-made address of the first order is used consistently. The food has also been better. Lately I've just been disappointed.

Cheek to ask a € 1 delivery fee if the food was only delivered after 2 hours. In that time the food could have been picked up more quickly on foot. The food was lukewarm, the spare ribs were floppy and the rice was hard. Even a bottle of free Sprite cannot change anything. 0 stars!

I ordered a burger on site and I'm thrilled, it's still not too dry a burger, not so wet that it falls apart and you can satisfy your hunger with it, not like with BK or MC, super friendly service and everything is fresh! Tip top keep it up I'll be back

I wasn't satisfied, my meal was Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with 70% olives and way too much tomato, but hardly any pasta - I wasn't full. The delivery service was also more than unfriendly, I no longer order here. No idea how this "rating" came about at Lieferando, this shows that ratings are not always meaningful.

Just wanted to order pizza for 5 people. Should take an hour. After I said that we were standing at the Allianz Arena I got the statement "That's even worse". Then I said goodbye in a friendly manner. Very impolite.....

Delicious pizza. In theory, you can also eat at standing tables in front of the shop, but we get the pizza here and take it home.

I have often ordered pizzas to pick up and was completely satisfied every time! I think the pizza is very tasty and with the "2 for 1" offer it is completely unbeatable in price! For me a great recommendation in the north of Munich - I will certainly order pizza here again!

The fact that this place has a positive rating is a testament to the abysmal level of expectations in this country for good food where the average local goes out to eat and always gets the same number 62 each time. I tried vegetable lasagna. The description said seasonal vegetables. FYI, tomato is more like a fruit and neither doughy pasta nor cheese count as vegetables. Even less for vegan meat substitute. In fact you should just call it a pile of cheese charred black on the sides with some yucky stuff in it. I feel sick to my stomach for having eaten it. You have disappointed both your parents. Can not understand the partly bad reviews. Had two pizzas and Alio Oglio noodles, everything was delicious! Was also finished on time and thanks to pickup even a pizza for free. The pizza with sucuk is even an insider tip for us, we ate for the first time, top! ??

Pizza got delivered after 45minutes , and it was cold.

Pizza La Gondola is full of contrasts: very delicious meal (e.g. in case of dürüm dönner its cover is roasted to that just-before-crispy point while the vegetables inside are so fresh and juicy) and extremely slooow service, unfriendly cashier and her polite and helpful colleagues. The choice of pizza and other food is big but some of meals are quite overpriced. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place except for "emergency cases".
